No Cash Refunds
Exchange Only Policy
We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances. Eligible products may only be exchanged according to the conditions stated below.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Products must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Products must be returned with original packaging, original tags for apparel, and a valid bill or invoice.
Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in rejection of the exchange request.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Accessories including grips, shuttlecocks, strings, balls, and similar items
Sale or discounted items
Products without a valid bill or proof of purchase
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

Apparel
- Apparel items may be exchanged within 7 days.
- Exchanges must be within the same product category.
- Items must be unused, with tags and packaging intact.

- Products such as rackets and equipment are eligible for exchange only if unused.
- Products must be returned within 7 days.
- All eligibility conditions stated above must be met.
Exchange Conditions
How Exchanges Are Handled
Same Value Items
Customers may exchange eligible products for items of the same value.
Lower Value Items
Customers may exchange for lower value items, but no cash refund will be given for the balance.
Higher Value Items
Customers may exchange for higher value items by paying the price difference.
Exchanges must be within the same product category. For example, apparel can only be exchanged for apparel.
No Refunds

Cash refunds are not provided.
Products cannot be returned for monetary reimbursement. Exchanges are the only form of resolution for eligible returns.
Delivery Issues
Wrong Item Delivered
Notify Within 48 Hours
If you receive the wrong product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Replacement Arrangement
We will arrange a replacement and cover the return shipping cost for wrong item deliveries.
If the correct item is unavailable, an exchange or alternative resolution will be arranged.
Defective Items
Defective Item Claims
All products are inspected before dispatch. Claims for defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Return shipping costs for defective claims are not covered by us. Resolution will be evaluated case-by-case.
